Three Core Processes in BLDC Motor Production
BLDC stator production involves three critical steps: slot insulation paper insertion → coil winding → magnet assembly. Equipment selection, process parameters, and inter-step coordination at each stage directly impact yield and efficiency.
Step 1: Slot Insulation Paper Insertion
Before winding, insulation paper must be inserted into stator slots. Longjiang's paper insertion machines support various slot shapes and paper materials, with automatic feeding, forming, and insertion in one step.
Step 2: Coil Winding
